About Me

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me.

I am a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist, Theatre Artist and Children's Musician. I grew up in New York, but I currently live in Vancouver, British Columbia on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

Since my childhood, theatre and music offered me confidence, community, and a deeper sense of self. Throughout my life I've always been able to turn to the arts in times of loss or transition.

As a theatre artist, a performer and director, I've worked on various projects which explore theatre advocating for social change and mental health awareness. I am most interested in creating theatrical work which allows the audience to be active participants, including site-specific and immersive theatre. This often allows the audience and the theatrical ensemble to connect and transform together through the arts.

For the last several years I have worked in creative settings with children and youth, often taking part in the magic of introducing young children to theatre, art and music for the first time. I've noticed how all art forms encourage a young person's natural sense of imagination and curiosity.

My experience as a theatre artist, as well as my work with young people inspired me to learn more about the power of the arts to support others. As an artist and a therapist, I wish to offer opportunities for growth, joy and connection through collaborative explorations of all arts practices.
